Golden Ticket Collaboration for Parents and Agencies

Glen Eyrie Castle

Golden ticket graphic for event for parents of children with IDD

This two-day complimentary retreat is designed for stakeholders that are invested in optimizing outcomes for children with disabilities of all ages. Participants are responsible for their lodging and meals either at Glen Eyrie or at a location of their choice. We are inviting stakeholders in three categories:

  • Disability Service Organizations and Agencies
  • Parents of children with IDD
  • School district stakeholders

Participants will collaborate on best practices to maximize supports for children and adults with IDD. The professional learning format will focus on the newly created Clarity and Order for IDD Success. Agencies will share their recipes for success for different stages of the life span. Agencies will also make recommendations for a nationwide support network for parents with IDD.  Parents will create an improvement plan for success in building their network of IDD supports with schools and agencies based on their two day experience.

The schedule is 8:15-3:30 each day.
