Choose a Time That Works
Leadership Reset cohorts are forming for several periods during the second half of the school year. Choose the timeframe that works best for you, and we’ll work to build a small cohort around shared availability.
Our preferred schedule is Thursday and Friday, although we are open to considering other days if another schedule works better for interested leaders and teams.
These potential timeframes apply to both Asilomar and Saint Simons Island.

We are looking forward to bringing the Leadership Reset to the beautiful Asilomar Conference Grounds on California’s Monterey Peninsula.
Leadership Reset gives special education administrators and their leadership teams dedicated time away from daily demands to examine current practices, identify priorities, work through challenges, and build a practical plan for moving forward.
While individual leaders are welcome, the experience can be especially valuable when leadership teams attend together. Previous teams have found that the uninterrupted time at Asilomar creates an opportunity for deeper conversations, shared decision-making, and greater alignment around the work they want to accomplish when they return home.
