This is a dynamic two-day conference designed to elevate special education leadership in your school or district.

Through self-reflection, case study analysis, and collaborative discussions, you'll identify key challenges in your current context and develop a clear, actionable roadmap for sustainable improvements in student outcomes, staff collaboration, and family engagement.

This conference emphasizes individualized learning, equipping you with the tools to implement evidence-based practices and build a seamless path to adult success for students with disabilities. 

Our learning sessions are grounded in nationally recognized, evidence-based resources, including materials from The IRIS Center and CASEL. You’ll leave with practical tools you can implement the very next day.

You'll create a customized Special Education Leadership Impact Plan that integrates High-Leverage Practices (HLPs), inclusive leadership strategies, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen the climate, structure, and outcomes of your special education programs.

• Friday mid-day check out as event concludes at 3:00 p.m. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the event location.
