Clarity & Order for Special Education Success

Join us for a two-day conference where you’ll develop a Special Education Leadership Impact Plan tailored to your school or district, integrating High Leverage Practices (HLPs), inclusive leadership strategies, and data-driven decision-making to enhance the climate, structure, and performance of special education programs. Through self-reflection, case study analysis, and collaborative discussions, participants will identify key challenges in their setting and outline actionable steps to drive sustainable improvements in student outcomes, staff collaboration, and family engagement.
