You'll create a customized Special Education Leadership Impact Plan that integrates High-Leverage Practices (HLPs), inclusive leadership strategies, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen the climate, structure, and outcomes of your special education programs.
Through self-reflection, case study analysis, and collaborative discussions, you'll identify key challenges in your current context and develop a clear, actionable roadmap for sustainable improvements in student outcomes, staff collaboration, and family engagement.
