The Barrows Barometer on Special Education LLC is committed to improving the symbiotic path to successful adulthood for students and families with all types of disabilities. Toward that end, we are partnering with strategic community agencies at each of our professional learning event sites to help support their local efforts.
We partner to celebrate successful practices that ensure positive outcomes for young adults so that there is no gap as they exit the school district. We also get to learn from the strategic agencies what their challenges are and how we can support them in the effort.
To best support our parents, we partner with the Parent Training Institute in each state to celebrate the good news of special education! We also get to learn from parents what their challenges are and how we can support them in the effort.
To best support our students with IDD, we partner with the ARC within each professional learning event location to celebrate exemplary examples of symbiotic path transitions! We also get to learn how we can support and enhance their local efforts.
